These Terms of Service govern all work performed by Door2Wall LLC for residential customers in Flower Mound, Argyle, Lewisville, Highland Village, Lantana, Bartonville, and surrounding North Texas communities. By requesting a quote, accepting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
Door2Wall LLC is registered with the Town of Flower Mound and operates as a licensed home repair specialist focused on door services, drywall repair, cabinet work, caulking, trim, and finish carpentry.
How Estimates Work
Most estimates are prepared from photos submitted before any site visit. This approach lets you receive a flat-rate project quote without waiting for an in-person appointment.
Flat-rate quotes reflect the scope of work visible in the submitted photos and described by the customer at the time of the request. The quoted price covers that defined scope, not time and materials.
When a Quote May Change
If on-site conditions reveal a scope that differs materially from what the photos or description showed, the estimate will be revised before any work begins. You will never be presented with a higher price after the job is done. Scope changes are communicated clearly and require your explicit approval before work proceeds.
Conditions that may affect the final quoted price include:
- Hidden damage behind walls, trim, or cabinetry not visible in submitted photos
- Structural issues discovered during repair that fall outside the original scope
- Material requirements that differ from what the existing finish or hardware requires
Scheduling and Access
Scheduling is confirmed via Jobber. Customers will receive a confirmation and a heads-up notification before arrival.
To perform work as quoted, Door2Wall LLC requires:
- Reasonable access to the work area and any adjacent space necessary for the repair
- A safe and pet-free work zone during active repairs
- Clear access to the affected doors, walls, cabinets, or trim without the need to move furniture beyond what has been discussed
If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time and less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a rescheduling fee may apply. That fee will be communicated before it is charged.
Workmanship
Door2Wall LLC stands behind completed work. If a repair does not perform as described under normal use conditions, contact us within 30 days of the service date and the issue will be assessed at no charge.
This workmanship commitment covers the specific scope of the completed repair. It does not cover:
- Ongoing foundation movement or seasonal soil shifting that affects the repaired area after completion
- Damage caused by third parties, additional settlement, or conditions unrelated to the repair
- Issues in areas outside the defined scope of the original job
North Texas clay soil creates seasonal movement in many homes. Some repairs, particularly in door frames and drywall, may be affected over time by continued foundation activity. This is disclosed upfront, not after.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, Venmo, etc.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required. Any deposit requirement will be stated in the written estimate before scheduling is confirmed.
Liability
Door2Wall LLC carries general liability insurance. Coverage details are available upon request.
Door2Wall LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions in the home that were not disclosed or visible at the time of the estimate
- Damage resulting from deferred maintenance, structural deficiency, or conditions outside the scope of work
- Incidental or consequential damages beyond the value of the original service
Customers are responsible for disclosing known conditions relevant to the work, including prior repairs, known structural issues, or ongoing foundation movement.
Communications and Call Recording
Door2Wall LLC uses Google Local Services Ads to connect with homeowners in the Flower Mound area. When you contact Door2Wall LLC through a Google Local Services Ad, including by phone call or message, Google may monitor, record, or analyze that communication for quality assurance and platform operation purposes. By initiating contact through Google Local Services, you acknowledge this possibility.
Communications outside of Google’s platform, such as direct calls or emails to Door2Wall LLC, are also recorded for quality control purposes.
Business Credentials
Door2Wall LLC is registered with the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, and maintains general liability insurance as required for operation in this service area. Business credentials and license status are subject to verification through Google’s Local Services platform as a condition of participation. Customers may request proof of registration or insurance at any time prior to scheduling.
Photos and Estimates
Photos submitted for the purpose of obtaining an estimate may be retained for job records. They will not be used in marketing materials without your explicit written permission.
Completed work photos may be used in marketing, including the Door2Wall website and social media, unless you request otherwise before the job is scheduled.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment: no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or same-day cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee. That fee will be disclosed and agreed to before any charge is applied.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided by Door2Wall LLC will be subject to the jurisdiction of Denton County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Door2Wall LLC’s services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
