Small Wall Hole Repair in North Texas

Doorknob holes, anchor holes from a moved TV, the patch a plumber left behind. We make small holes vanish into the wall around them.

Small holes are deceptively easy to do badly. A quick dab of lightweight filler dries, shrinks, and leaves a soft dimple that catches light at the wrong angle for years. A hole punched through by a doorknob needs more than filler, it needs backing and reinforcement so it does not crack again the next time the door swings hard. The difference between a patch you notice and a patch you forget is in the prep, the reinforcement, and the texture.

What this covers

Door2Wall is specialized in the small repairs that pile up around a well-kept home: the classic doorknob hole behind a door, anchor and screw holes left when artwork or a TV mount moves, access cuts from plumbing or electrical work, and damaged corner bead where a wall edge took a hit.

What’s included (project scope block): This project covers up to three small holes, each up to four inches across, and includes:

  • Mesh or tape reinforcement so the patch holds
  • Two coats of fast-setting “hot mud” compound
  • Sanding flat and smooth
  • One coat of texture matched to your existing finish

Texture matching

The patch only disappears if the texture matches. Matching texture is what separates a repair from a patch. We match orange peel, knockdown, or smooth so the finished spot reads as wall, not as a fix. From across the room, you should not be able to find where the hole was.

How estimates work

Send photos of the holes and you’ll get a flat-rate project quote, priced as a project rather than by the hour. Most jobs are quoted from photos alone. If the scope looks different once we are on site, say a small hole that turns out to hide a larger soft spot, you’ll hear the adjusted scope and price before any work starts.
